In the News -- Consumers Complain on Santander Consumer USA

Consumers Complain about Santander Consumer USA: MyFoxDFW.com


Consumers are complaining about harassing phone calls about auto loans, unauthorized transactions, and questionable automobile repossessions by Santander Consumer USA, reports Becky Oliver of Fox4-TV, Dallas - Fort Worth.

"At the Better Business Bureau, the website shows 1,700 complaints filed in the past 12 months. That makes Santander the most complained about company in Dallas," the news story notes. "The bureau gives Santander a C+ rating."

Santander Consumer USA answers complaints, however, some complaints remain unresolved. 

"There are still 90 complaints unresolved, which means the customer was not satisfied with the business response and the bureau found Santander did not make a good faith effort to resolve the complaint," Becky Oliver reports.
